For a while now I’ve been too busy and had to put photography aside. Today I had some one on one time with my daughter, Hila, and it felt like she noticed I haven’t taken photos of her in a while and she suddenly started to model for me. Once I brought the camera she took it to the next level and brought her sunglasses.

Here are photos from the session, I’m a bit rusty after not touching the camera for a while.. I dont think the photos do her justice :)

Wow, what an honor to be Nir’s blog guest!

I’m an amateur photographer, photographing mostly while traveling for bussiness.
It all started when I shot a person shooting another person in a “classic” positioning and from that point onwards i was hooked. I could sense how the photos will live in their album. In a way it feels like peeking into people life.
Since then I continue to take pictures of similar scenarios around the globe.
Each culture capturing the moment in a different way, position subjects in diverse arrangements and most important changing views.

The photos presented here were taken in different areas of China. Each one has a unique detail or feature I like.

Few photos from central park taken on my last NY visit using my Panasonic LX5.

Photographs from Seattle streets. Being addicted to my Panasonic LX5 I have played with the very nice bracketing feature of the camera (hand held) and got nice HDRs (first two images).

Given my frequent travels and the need to be in different place each day (last trip, Seattle, Chicago, Minnesota & New York in 5 days) I decided to minimize the equipment I’m carrying with me. I’ve just purchased Panasonic LX5 and I’m using it as my traveling camera whenever I know I did not allocate significant time for photographer on the trip.

I’m unhappy with the 2nd image as it turns to the left but i couldn’t cropped it without losing important content. Finally decided to go with it as is, what do you think?

Will process the new photographs from the trip in the coming days. Stay tuned …
